For residential carpets, we charge purely by the square foot. We measure the cleanable area (skipping under heavy furniture if you choose not to move it), so you only pay for exactly what we clean.
No. The quote we provide you based on dimensions and stain severity is exactly what you pay. We do not charge extra travel fees within a 30-mile radius of Richmond.
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Because we reserve a large block of time specifically for your property, late cancellations may incur a minimal rescheduling fee.
